yes, the resolution is 240x320 wich makes it compatible with the themes posted in this forum
yes. and upload them with the help of a2uploader, in you mobile tpa>preset>system>desktop>flash>
also, do watch out if the theme has the same layout as the default w995 themes, because else it wont work.i found that 1 out the hard way^^

TopSony offered some in Download section. You can try se-nse.com but you need to register in order to download.
i found that zedge has quite a large collection of flash menus and other cool stuff,when you download the theme you will notice that there is no swf file the link to the swf file is on the same page as the theme download button but at the top of the post next to the picture of the theme.
