Sony Erricson W880i no sound problems.

Hi,

I've recently changed networks and have put a new sim card in my W880i. Since doing so I now hear no sound at all from ringtones, videos or any mp3s I have on my phone. The only sound I can hear is when I make or receive a phonecall. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

Any info would be appreciated.

I've already done that several times and nothing has changed.

I was also facing the same prob, and taken to the store, there he sent it to service centre and there they changed the PCB for the same reason.

I'm having the same problems. I was told by someone that you can reboot the phone's software online. Not sure if this is correct, has anyone else heard this or know where it could be done?

make full flash and try again, if not working, PCB should be the fault. i had this problem with Z555 too
