Is there a Display Timeout patch?

I am about as lost as a goose in a snowstorm here.
My biggest problem with my W580i (USA ATT) is the display timeout is too short on my phone and there is no way to lengthen it. A pain in the butt at times.
What patch could I use to be able to change this? :confused:
Also, is there any way to move purchased games from old phone to new one?
