setool doesn't work with k800 trasformed into k810

i've correctly flashed k800 with k810 firm, changed the icon menu (all with xs++) but when i try to install vkp patch or do another operation setool read correctly my status info but when i press enter it never start operation and when i push stop i read operation pre-boot failed. i changed usb port without result.
anyone can help me?

is it really possible to transfer k800 to k810i?

yeah they have similar firmware...

what version of Setool are you using? have you apply quick access patch yet?

upgraded to 1.11 no I'm tried to apply the patch but the operation never really started!

did you select the phone model as K810i?

yes of course... i cannot find the real problem...program read info of cid ect.. but he can pre boot the phone...i don't know why

you need to reinsert and reconnect your phone after you start eveything. to flash, click the flash button first, reinsert battery and connect. likewise do this in everysteps
