Paid for w910i unlock but not working!

Was wondering if anyone could help me - I bought my dad the above phone for his birthday yesterday. The night before I paid for an unlocking service via google - niavely I thought this would be an instant remote-unlock but it took 24 hours for them to get back to me and I had to disappoint my dad by turning up empty handed on his birthday :mad:

They finally sent me through an email containing tutorials for unlocking using XS++, however, despite the phone being on their 'compatible' list, the XS++ says the phone is not compatible (I should also note their servers didn't specifically list firmware and FS software for the 910, it had the w900 which I tried).

I read on the tutorial that if my phone isn't listed I need to place my own 'custom pack' in the relevant folder but the unlocking company didn't provide any info on this and I can't seem to find this online (it's a UK phone locked to o2 FWIW).

To make matters worse I'm going on holiday tomorrow so I really want to have this unlocked for him before I go - can anyone help?
