Unlocking z610 - incorrect sim

I purchased a log for Ultimate Unlocker, I recieved the keys at the program log,
and I don't know what should I do now.

I recieve a message "Not allowed" on every each of them.

The first three are unlocked and the Corporate locked.

try again the Corporate/MNC3

Right now, four of them were opened, but I still had the "sim inactive". And when I restart the phone, the corporate returnes to locked. =[
