w760a battery still charging at 100%

Hey guys,

I recently got a w760a from rogers, and there's several things that I found wrong with it that I hope someone can help me address.

1) I completely drained my battery when I got my phone, and then charged it fully. Then when it reaches 100%, phone status stills says "Charging: 100%". I had a w810i before, and it always says: "Charged: 100%" when the battery's fully charged. After leaving the w760a charging for a night, it still says "Charging". The following night, after using it for the day, I left it charging overnight again, but this time, in the following morning, it says: "Charging: 98%" and won't budge. Only after removing the battery and re-inserting it, did it go back to "Charging: 100%". Is it supposed to say charging? Or should it say charged?

2) There is an absence of keypad lighting on the 9 and the #. I've heard it's a known issue. Will they be able to fix it?

3) If I get a new battery should I fully charge it before draining it? Or drain it before fully charging it?
