Hi, is it possible to patch the vodafone firmware on this phone??because qamaker fails when you try to apply it to the vodafone firmware..... it only works with the generic one.....

Yes, but patches must be ported to K770 Vodafone version - is not easy, it takes a long time with HexEditor.
You can try with iConvert.rar to port patches.

Open Notepad and copy text from patch and paste in notepad, then open My documents > Tools > Folder Options... > View > unmark Hide extensions for known file types and click OK.Quote:

When install iConvert.exe and start program.
In first line must choose Main ( shown in patch )
In the second line must choose patch (*.vkp )
In the third row must choose Main (for which you want to make patch)
In the fourth row choose where save new patch.
Then click Start and if have error forget this patch ( try another ).

Yes, just apply quick access patch ( drag and drop K770 Main Vodafone to qamaker.exe ) and then with iConvert port patches for K770 Main Vodafone.Quote:
