i have tried to do that but says cant open comms port on phone
check if the fastport has dirt on it, clean it with graphite pencil, reinsert battery and try again, you also need a fully charged or may be half charged battery. Follow the complete instruction
i have now tried that, but still says one of the drvies connect has malfunctioned please replace it
that seems to be a bad USB cable or USB port, try changing the usb port (different usb port at the back of your PC) and usb cableQuote:
