Trying to recover my w580i....with SEtoolite

hey i recently jus got the blinking red light next to my C after i unpluged my phone from the computer and took out the battery while it was booting down which was not smart....

now i am trying to recover it...it was already flashed
for some reason Setoolite is not connecting to my phone its probably because i dont know how to install the drivers correctly. could someone help me plz!! i really need to get my phone back up and running!!!
