help us in g705

When the internet by this selfphone (g705) is used (whether through gprs system or wifi) system
in most cases,it makes disorder in this selfphone that led to the selfphone doesnt show any reaction to people that

contacting us (it means it doesnt ring or vibration)
this problem occures for us while the waiting horn is hearing by other person that contacting us and also audio system

about received signal shows reaction
this problem will solve when restarting the phone but until it isnt conect to internet
ofcourse there is no specific time for this problem,sometimes it happens at first or sometimes after conecting to

internet
also we update operating system until version 1209-9032 r1ba038 081016 but it dosent solve yet
and we have tried by other selfphones operators to solve this problem but also there is this problem
