Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong. im trying to put elves on my w580i, its db2020 and R8BE001. this is my exact steps i did to put the elf thingys on my phone.And i used the attached files on the first post on this( W588 ELFS R8BE001 {How to install!!!!** - Top Sony Forums ).
1. I made in these folders PHONE MEMORY
phone\other\ini
phone\other\Zbin
phone\other\Zbin\Config

MEMORY CARD
card\Zbin\Daemons
they didnt say it mattered how u made the folders as long as u got em so i just used my phone for this.

2. I used the Sony Ericsson Pc Suite v.5 (file manager not a file flasher like XS++ OR THE OTHER ONES)to put the DYN_CONST.bin in the phone\other\Zbin\Config because it says on the post to add the file first but you have to make the folder that it needs 2 be in so i just made all the folders 1st.i didnt think about flashing it so i just put it on the phone like you would uplad music the drag and drop way with the usb.

3. I Patched the following files with SETool v1.11 in this order
w580_R8BE001.vkp
w580_R8BE001_lib.vkp
w580_R8BE001.ico.vkp

4. I just dragged and dropped all the files that go in the phone and memory card folders in the right folders using the usb drag and drop.
And i think thats it HAHA i know im not doing it right but i was wonder if someone could tell me what im doing wrong and step by step how to doall of this.all i want is some cool lookin stuff on my phone.:cool:

can u tell me where 2 get sum and where to put them on my phone

use the search button with "W580 elfs" on the search area, you need to put the xxxx.elf at the phone/Zbin or if you want to autostart the elf, put the file inside memory/other/zbin/daemons
