Black list on w580i

Hey guys, Im looking for a way to turn the white list of my cell fone into a black list.
The SW of my w580i is R8BE001 CID 53.

Go to Menu > Settings > Calls > Manage calls > Accept calls > Only from list > Add: here can add Group(s) (if you have created Group in Phone Contacsts) or single contact(s). Will hear busy when trying to call you.
