i am new 2 the whole elves thing and i need ALOT of help with putting elves on my phone.

I was wondering what application you need to apply the elves with. For example SETool2lite,xs++,farmanager.
And the place to get the files.
And also where to put the files.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
