i have been reading alot about unlocking my sony erricson 800i
i have been using setools 1.11 i have read and backed up my gdfs file
the problem starts when i put my main gdfs file that i backed up over the top of the qmaker icon as this is meant to get me the vkp file instead it pops up in a new window and it says ""patch generator for db2020 its not a babe "" the original file i took from my phone is
68kb in size can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong
no no no, what you need is the MAIN firmware file, not the gdfs, it's size should be about 15mb or so
i downloaded, the main firmware, it also has the same problem when i drop it in to qmaker it says
cant find data the one i need is "k800 r1kgoo1 fs hutch red 52"this seems to have .fbn file at the end of it
and not .mbn is there a differance as i cant find one ending in .mbn many thanks
the one you have is the FS file, not the MAIN file, if you feel hard to find the MAIN file, goto the download area, you'll find the MAIN file for sureQuote:
