want to flash k610i cid53

i have a k610 cid53 and i tried to flash it using jd flasher but now it will only let me watch the demo i cant get into my contacts or any thing can soneone point me to whioch files i need to use and a tutorial to follow as im new to all this all i wanted was the latest firmware now ive got noe phone atall any help would be greatly appreciated

ive managed to flash a k610i cid 52 using xs++ but ive never used jd flasher before
