SE service cable

Hi.
I have a quick question and i'm hoping someone here may be able to help me out with an answer. I downloaded schematics for a S.E service cable and I've put it together but I'm just curious as to what software would work with it?

I'm just curious to see what i can do with it.

Any advice would be great.
