Can the restarting and hanging problem of w910 be solved?

Hi... My friend is using w910 for few months now and he is having restarting and hanging problem with it. What i want to ask is whether it is possible to solve this problem by upgrading/flashing the latest firmware or not???

I'm afraid not. The only reason it restarts and hang is because of inputting to many commands. I have the w910 too but it restarts less than once a month.

Does fast texting cause the mobile to hang or restart in your case?? or in general with this set??

The phone is running a branded firmware?
Yes - debrand the phone
No - use SEUS and reflash the phone

C'mon guys its a cheap mobile from SE. This phone always bugs and recently i visited Sony service centre to get my W910i restart problem fixed. But to my surprise within 30 mins, more than 15 guys came with W910i for the same problem. SE released this mobile before 2 yrs and still they are yet to make a flexible OS. They are not even ready to listen to these crap problems

restarting problem could be solved by running memory scandisk from computer
