I have a K770i and it has been working fine until today when the camera says "Another application is running. Close it, then start the camera." I haven't played with any of the software so it must be a hardware issue. It appears both cameras do not work as I tried video calling and the front camera won't work either. I've searched through the forum but was just wanting to get a bit more advice.
Can anyone give me some pointers on what to do to fix it? thanks
mayb the software ur using r brOken???cause im also using K770i and it works fine after full flash at wotanserver...i also had problem b4...but try reflashing ur phone...mayb ur proB wiLL solve..sorry 4 my english
I'll pull it apart first and check the camera connection..... if not then i suppose i'll try a reflash eeeeek
can anyone help me with where to check the connection with the camera?
well i opened it up and pulled the main camera out and all the connections looked fine and there was no corrosion or anything so i have no idea what to try next. Seeing it is both cameras that aren't working, it must either be a software issue or something on the circuitry board??? help someone please!
just flash u r firmware(main & fs)...it 'll surely help....
if not check u r camera switch..

hi samjim, thanks for your reply. I reflashed the firmware with no luck, still the same message so it must be hardware. Can you explain what you mean by the camera switch? thanks

its a switch which s used to open up u r cam application as soon as u slide down u r camera window(at d back)
