How to restore or write gdfs using Far.exe

I've messed up with my phone and I cannot connect my phone to any software by pressing "C" button...........I can only connect to Setool2Lite by pressing 2+5 keys and when I try to full flash the phone I get an error message at the last saying

"CS LOADER CANNOT START GDFS SERVICE, ERROR:29"

I have a backup of GDFS from my phone earlier but I'm not able to write it or restore it to my phone ( i get the same error message when I try to restore thru Setool2Lite )

Can anyone show me clear steps how to restore or write the gdfs to my phone using FAR.exe (jdflasher)
