Hi,
I'm just wondering if a water damaged phone could recover and work after months of it not working!!
Let's say it does work "partly" - if the "rice trick" is tried, could that fix the phone?
Does the water stay inside the phone for a long time?

if you can strip the phone apart and let it dry out that way. i had a xda orbit and se k550i got through a full cycle in the washing machine, i stripped down and left for few days. both still work to this day and that was a year ago. condensation can form inside and will take ages to get rid of then it will start to rust your circuit bored
while in this case your display probably will not work..battery act as a resister..keypad wil not respond.. it's upto u r luck...
