Unlocking W380i

I downloaded Farmanager with DjFlasher plugin. I followed the instruction to unlock W380i but once i connect the phone whilst pressing C I get the following error message "OpenPlugin(connecttophone(getcid(cant find device info in xml [53red]))). Anybody with any idea how to resolve it?

start jdflasher and select pnx5230 and connect your phone while holding c

make rest file first then follow step unlock test card needed!

u already install usb flash drive correctly? try uninstall and installing again

have the same problem
