AT&T W350a Flashing

Hi all, I'm new to this forum, this is my first post.
I'm looking to flash my w350a so that I can fully customize my phone. First off I've found these files: W350_R10AB002_FS_EUROPE_5_RED53.FBN, W350_R10AB002_MAIN_GENERIC_JH_RED53.MBN, and W350_HB1-06_GEN_CDA102_568_14_R11A_GENERIC_EUROPE_5
My questions are,
1. Will I be able to use AT&T as a service provider?
2. Will these completely unlock my phone?
3. Does anyone know of any "better" firmwares?

1 yes if its unlocked to att and u phone has cid 53 on it
2 no reflashing will unlock it

Sorry, I'm having a little trouble understanding you. So this WILL allow me to use it on AT&T if it is cid53, which it is, and it will be completely unlocked?

if your phone is nlock by code, it will not be locked agian if you debrand it, you and use any provider if it is unlock. you have choose the right files.

how to flash this phone with free tools?

You need Far Manager and the JDFlasher plugin, along with the MAIN firmware, the FS firmware, and the configuration files, all listed above.
