Cleaning memory card slot in W810i

Hi, I just got a second hand W810i with a 2GB memory card included. When I plugged it into my computer Windows asked me to format the card, which didn't work when I tried.

The phone was dirty when I got it, and I cleaned the outside already but didn't want to stick a baby wipe or a cotton bud into the card slot. Can someone tell me what tool I need to clean the card slot, in case it was just dirty contacts that caused the error?

If that doesn't work, I suppose the card is bricked? :(
Or is there something else I should try?

most probably its a dead memory card..

Can you try connect with PC via card reader?
