W800i Flashing Problem ... :(

I'd w800i wid CID36 Brown,
I've convrtd it to CID36 Brown to CID36 RED,
using this tutorial

and after that I flashed it using XS++ 3.1 to this

W800_R1AA008_FS_EUROPE_1_RED36 (Filesystem)
nd
W800_R1AA008_MAIN_EU_1_CA_RED36 (Main)
everythn jst got fine...

but somhow when I turnd it On it stukd at the Startup Screen with a PLEASE WAIT Pop-up nothng is happning,

Plz Sugst me should I Flash it to another Firware or Else ... ?

m facing another prob here ...
i gave it to my frnd he reflashed it properly,
now prob is cell fone is workig fine but somehow my IMEI num has been blockd by CPLC Pakistan,

what should I do now ?
Can I change my IMEI num ?

you can't change your imei. it's unique.

no chance off changeing it will be cheaper to bye a new mother board from ebay
