sony Ericsson W850i

I have tried the SEtool2 lite on my phone but I am still unable to get the phone unlocked can anyone help me.

did u add the main and tick the bypass box as well ?

yes I checked the DB2020 box and added the main firmware that I downloaded from this site for CID_RED_49 mbn file

use xs upgrade it to cid 52 will unlock better

how do I do that. I am sorry this is the first time Ihave tried unlocking a phone from home.
