need some help with k600i

my k600i has a very low ringtone volume i dont know why. also it doesnot charge completely even if i inser the charger all night. i was thinking to flash it but i am new to this. suggest me which software to use and which firmware version to use. also what is a service cable, is it a regular data cable which comes with the fone or any thing else. thanx 4 replying..

do u have the usb lead that comes with the phone as its diffrent to dcu60 cable if so update it with seus see if that will solve it
