Added Swedish (se.lng & se.t5) to language map and changed customize.xml and allowed

Added Swedish (se.lng & se.t5) to language map and changed customize.xml and allowed_languages but I can still not choose swedish in my phone (w890i) why??

i want to change the phone language but i cant, i got "Acording to SIM" and "English" and i wanna have swedish on my phone
