w760i configuration error

i used a2uploader and i did everything right and after i did everything it was all good but the second time i used a2uploader during the last steps my brother disconnected my phone from the usb and now it says configuration error all i can du is turn it on and off how can i fix this or return my phone to the original way it was plz i need help also plz be specific on how to du it im not very good with tech stuff ty
