this is my first post on topsony. sorry i cannot help with your dead k810 for i have the same problem, but a little different or maybe not.

i have a k810 dead and tried both setool2lite and xs++ 3.1 darwin. cannot read phone with usb cable, instead i used cruiser cable and it reads the phone info fine. i cannot flash fone. i flashed erom with setool2lite and gdfs with xs++ 3.1 but nothing happens.

i am thinking of replacing the flash ic. will this work? another question how difficult is it to replace flash ic?
i hope there is someone to answer my request.

Have you tried to flash it pressing 2 and 5? try it with the usb presing those and maybe the computer will recognize it.

check the fastport for dirt presence, clean it
