need some urgent help with my w810
hi every1 i have got a w810 frm my frnd , its branded with cingular , now the prob. is that the phone does not starts , it starts in walkman mode but not in phone mode , when i start in phone mode it shows'configuration error.please contact your service provider or service center'
and when i try to upgrade the firmware with the software provided at the site , firstly it says that the firmware is upto date which is 'conf 1 w810 cingular cda102494/58' shown and then I try to reinstall again the firmware then it stops at 91% and says update error.
i tried to update atleast 10 times but every time it stops at 91% and shows update error.
now plz help me in detail how to repair my phone

Try to download other firmware for your phone and flash-it with other software (Se Tool 2).
