trouble connecting phone to XS++

im trying to reset my phone lock code for my w610i but my phone will not connect to XS++

i have followed all the instructions and it always comes up with this

im still trying to reset my phone lock code for my w610i but i have run into a problem, my phone is a CID53 and i have no idea how to install the neccassary files

I'm not sure can you reset it on CID53... try with DaVinci, or something more advanced - testpoints to downgrade cid to 52, it will also reset your code... i think

there is no free way to do it u can use davinci (cost ten euros ) or use D-Ultimate Unlocker (cost ten euros) to downgrade the cid then use xs to reset the user code
