i need help customizing a w200i. from the begining

i have just registerd on this site and no nothing about modding my phone i have a old w200i and i would like someone to help me. i would like to install new stuff like "acoustic drivers" well i think thats what there called (the things things which can make my phone bass`ier and louder). and i would like to have new flash themes and more. i need help learning how to use xs or xs++ or whatever programme i need to use.
