Flash Download - Which Version?

I want to download a flash for my w300, but I'm confused as to which version to get. There are two that suit my area:

1. W300_R4EA031_FS_ROGERS_RED49
2. W300_R9A036_FS_ROGERS_RED49

I've searched the forums for a description of the flash file descriptions, but can find nothing.
