How to unlock w700 BROWN?

Please tell me how to unlock w700 cid49 KEY color BROWN via DCU-60 cable for free. I searched a lot of forums and found nothing. Please help.

carnt do any thing with a brown phone u need to have it changed with a box ie/ se tool box

yeah convert to red before unlocking
