W302i - problems with phone and drivers

Hello!
A friend of mine has a w302 (i) and has problems with it.
He's writing text messages with T9 software, and sometimes when he's adding a word to the dictionary, the phone hangs. So he has to reinsert the battery.

Once, i tried to connect the phone to my notebook, to do a firmware update or to copy themes to his mobile. But there seems to be no driver. He can't use the phone in "telephone-mode". So he can't use the phone with MyPhoneExplorer and save the text messages to the pc.

Any help?

DO U HAVE THE RIGHT DRIVERS AS I HAVE JUST LOOKED ON EMMA AND CARNT FIND THE AS WELL :confused:

Well, as i said already: It seems that there are no drivers.
It's quite strange, that SE made a phone which they don't have drivers for...

will try to get one if i can but if emma dont have one what hope does any one have

to get the driver just install PC suite on your PC. i've try and it works

which version of PC Suite did you install? Cause today, i installed PC Suite and it does NOT work with the w302. I can't connect to it with PC Suite and also not with MyPhoneExplorer.

Any ideas?
