help please!!!

my k550i had the lcd replaced coz it broke, but now wen i try to enter the menu it tells me configuration error, please contact your network operator or service centre. the guy that fixd the phones lcd told me that my software just isnt there... so i need help, how do i fix this?:(

yes u need to flash a custom pack to it but it wouldnt off gone from ur phone just by replaceing the lcd sound like it has been reflashed

i had same problem, so i reflashed it with Phone-XS and it worked
