hi my w810i keeps on flashin white screen when turned on/ connected to charger or usb.. it happened after i once removed its usb connection from pc..what may be the problem? how do i correct it? has firmware got corrupted? will all my data(phone book,msgs etc) be lost?..please help. Thanks..

This document is applicable for W810...
but there is also the possibility that products of W300, W710, K310 & K510 can be returned with that problem.
Introduction
Units equipped with ST memory chip set may be returned due to On/Off and flickering white LCD.
Most affected product is W810 as it has dynamic/floating memory area for FS and CXC.
Problem show itself when unit is powered on and off repeatedly. The unit can go into a non-recoverable state where the LCD flickers white on and off.
For all other products mentioned, the problem is much more difficult to provoke.
Claiming instruction
When claiming in WCMS, please always use the symptom code 'Can't power on' and put the letters (capital) 'WS' for White Screen in the beginning of the remark field.
This is extremely important in order to get the data about the return volumes due to this fault!

Butom line- you have 2 options :
1- search official SE patch to fix that problem
2- try to flash the w810 gdfs file.
2 try to flash the w810 gdfs file. will kill it :(
Reflash your firmware
Yeah Reflash it. I remember I had this error on friends phone.
