W350 - Rogers Mobile Internet Browser on debranded phone
Hi all,
I have a debranded W350. In order to subscribe to Rogers' Unlimited Web Browsing Package, it states that I must use Rogers Mobile Internet Browser. As such, I wanted to ask what I need to do in order to install this software and take advantage of the offer.
From the Glossary, the softwares are in the MAIN file. Yet, I can not file a Rogers specific MAIN on this site but instead a Rogers' FS file. Would the browser be in that file or somewhere else?
Please advice, thank you.

I figured it out after a few more searches. There is no such thing as a Rogers' "browser", but rather a portal page that has approved links which you can access without incurring data charges within the unlimited mobile internet plan.
Home page for the portal is at http://wap:8582/start.wml
I used the latest American MAIN and FS instead of Rogers' and it seems to work fine as long as I set that page as my homepage.
Note that my cellphone is on Rogers' approved IMEI list. So I would suggest you buy it branded (Rogers) and unbranded afterward.

acutally, Customize.xml is a file you have to look at
I successfully debrand TM506 using Cin Bell version, but I edited the .xml file to keep T-Mobile settings, because I still need it, as well as Wireless Village setting, that using WV on T-Mobile is no sweat
