Z310i: Problems.

Hi!

My Z310i has a bit of a problem, you see. The main screen turns black at startup, so I can't see anything on it.

So now, I must flash it. How to do this?

I know so far, that I have to hold in C and connect the USB-cable... I've done this prosedure 1000 times with my W610i.

The problem is: when I hold C and connect it, XS++ or SeTool Lite won't see it. It won't be picked up by my computer.

Any solutions?

If you try to connect the W610 it works now? If it works, then try to clean the Z310 fastport connector(phone's connector) with alcohol(if you have use isopropyl alcohol), and try again

Also you can try to hold down the 2 and 5 keys instead of C

Okay. I tried with C and 2&5. The computer detects it, but the program won't pick it up. I've installed all the drivers, and yet, it won't work.

When I try it with W610i, it works perfectly.

xs or se tool lite doesnt surport pnx5230-based phones

pnx 5230 is not supported so the slution goes to far+jdflasher. jdflasher supports pnx 5230

and if jd flasher works get the right main and fs becuse if u dont wright the right one u will end up with no signal on the handset becuse there is loads off problems with basebands on them

Will JDFlasher detect the right main and fs? I need to detect it first before I do anything.

i havent used jd flasher as i dont use free tools but if it does work post a log up hear so we can tell u what to flash to it with out the imei no

Hm, when I try to start up with JDFlasher, the Far Manager crashes. Anyone know why?
