Noob needs help with K800 wsod

My K800 took a crap on me one night and died, so I just charged it like regular except it was just a white screen and nothing happened. I've checked forums but dont really understand flashing and all that. What do I need to do? I have no idea what firmware or EROm i have.

if it white screening then it wont be the erom have a read though this it will need reflashing

any difference that it is white screen with the blinking red light?

white screen -> usually damaged MAIN
blinking red light -> usually empty battery or damaged EROM
