REbrand Orange C905 UK ??
Ello,
Because of this fantastic site I've now got rid of the Orange crap on my new C905, and updated to standard SE following the debrand guide.
However, I'm now trying to revert back to a standard Orange C905 phone (just in case the phone goes wrong and I have to send it back - quite likely I think!)
I've copied the 'identify' text given from the A2 program before I started, and tried using the old CDA (i think) but it won't update using SEUS. Is this because the phone is now running R1BA042 instead of R1BA034 ???
How do I revert back to Orange default?

Download A2Uploader_full.
Download C905 ORANGE MAIN
Download C905 ORANGE FS
Download C905 ORANGE custom file.
Start A2Uploader. Press "ADD" and put first MAIN and then FS. Press "Flash".
After finishing flash, don't disconnect and don't start the phone.
Press "File System Tool". Go to "TPA\preset\custom".
Unpack the custom file and copy ALL the files here.
Shut down file system, unplug the USB cable, pull out the battery, put it back and start the phone.

Ello, Thanks for the reply :) Been spending most of today trying to do what you've said above, its kinda worked but I can't find any Orange Main / FS files, and the custom Orange file I've found isn't quite the same as what my phone had - seems a lot older and doesn't include menu icons etc...
Trying hard to find these files, but no luck (the ones on this site aren't right/missing).

Hi,
I had a similar problem for Vodafone. I found the main and FS file at:

I used the BA034 ones. There are also Orange files.
First extract both files with Winrar (free trial can be downloaded, just Google).
I used A2uploader to upload both files to the gsm (main file first!) and then flash them.
Then I started the gsm, and encountered an error message (shit!).
Then I used SE update Service and it was possible to re-install the (in my case Vodafone) software. After that it took quite a while for the gsm to install the software, but then I had the original Vodafone software back.
