I have had my Orange network K800i unlocked and debranded so I can use any network. If I do a Master reset will the phone revert to its unlocked and branded state?

no, it will reset to its state when you first start your phone after debranding. have a nice day
It basically deletes any settings/new files you've put on the phone before master resetting it.
