W580i completely DEAD

Hi All

My brother gave me a w580i that is not working.
It doesnt turn on or light up i have put in a good battery and it is still the same and when i put it on setool2lt i get this.

mm check your fastport should be clean al make fullflash

err 45 is a hard wear fault probly flash ic has blown

Is there anyway of fixing the phone if the flash ic has blown.

yep but 4 what it will cost it isnt worth it will be around 40 uk pounds to fix and even after it has been fix may have other problems ie barred and so on
