Sony W580i Dead

I have a Sony Ericcson W580i. It was for AT&T (Cingular) Service, but I got the phone unlocked for T-Mobile. I went to the game section and clicked on Executor and the phone died. I saw the post in reference to the dead K770i that had a similar problem. Can anyone help me get the phone restored? It seems like flashing is the answer, but I don't know how to flash the phone or where to get the file. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
