[SOLVED] w810i problem after flashing

hello,i'm new here..

I have a problem with my w810i phone after flashing using SETool 2 Lite 1.10...

After flashing,i thought my phone wokrs fine all the way,i inserted my sim on my phone,then it appears "Configuration error.Please contact your service provider or service center."

What is that problem all about?

You need 1 more file for finalization - CUSTPACK.Find wright custpack and upload it to phone

With what files did you flash your phone?

Please provide details what you did in order to make it work for you! did you copy gdfs in hand, if not copy at the earliest.
