w810i frustration

Hey folks, im new here, and im hoping someone can help me with my phone. I tried to research first, but i winded up with more confusion as im not as technologically advanced as you kids are ( im 43 )

Well to explain, I have this so called "white screen of death" the flashing white screen that never seems to stop.

I read the basic things, let it flash for 30 mins if it doesnt fix itself then flashing is required. Soon after i stumbled upon wally dogs? tutorial on this wonderful forum, but i got more confused. It mentions debranding as a vital step. My phone is already debranded. It has been purchased from plemix.com already unlocked. So im utterly lost as to what to do now and how to go on restoring my contacts. I would very much like to restore the phone as my daughter gave it to me as a christmas present some 2 years ago because she knows i have always liked the good old sony walkmans. I really liked the little slick device and it has served me very well these 2 years. Also, im mostly concerned about my contacts. is there any way in the world, i can get the numbers out of the phone? they are not on the sim card. I feel very very lost and i need the numbers for work. I am a contractor and without these numbers ill lose alot of business that i had to call back or keep in touch with or followup on.

Is there anyway anyone can help me step by step as on to what to exactly do? and perhaps also if there a save for my contacts?

I'm not sure about that contacts, I think there is no way to save them, but don't trust me on that. I recommend you to go to service, in my country flashing cost 10-15 euro

If you are lucky then flashing the MAIN firmware(but ONLY the MAIN) it will bring back your phone to life, and you will be able to save your contact list with MyPhoneExplorer. After you recovered the contact list, you can flash your phone completely: XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering

How to flash the MAIN only: follow the XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering guide BUT in 3) Flashing the firmware, Step 2. select the MAIN firmware only and press the flash button.

I have a big problem with my w810i.
Firstly Its notwork locked. I wanted to remove the lock using a vkp patch in setool2lite.
