How to put downloaded menus on your phone

I downloaded this menu thing
Top Sony Forums
for my W910i and i dont know how to put it on my phone?
i sent it through bluetooth from my pc and i saved as a pic??

For now only tool for uploading flash theme in A2(your W910 is A2) is a2uploader - Top Sony Forums and you upload .thm in /tpa/
/user/themes/ and .swf goes to /tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash/

You can't,because k810 don't have flash player(in K-serie only K850 support flash menus)
