k800i apps fault

hi there..my ericsson k800i (casino royale version) displays "operation failed" when i try to access games or applications..ime very reluctant to try master reset as i think i would loose all the pre installed 007 video and ring tones, ive also heard that master reset would not nesassarilly work..any ideas you may have to rectify my problem would be greatly appreciated...best regards karl

reflashing it is really the thing that most plp have done with this problem to solve it

will give that a go..hope it works ..

99% works or it would be not FW problem.
