I cannot patch, unlock and more when i connect my phone. How to unlock my phone?

Have you made sure you are using a fully charged battery and that the connectors on the bottom of the phone are clean,also is your cable in good condition?

Perhaps reinstalling setool may help.

Ps - it's not a good idea to show your IMEI number when posting.
